SteamWeb Authenticate not working

Can't authenticate / login account via SteamWeb. I get no response from ISteamUserAuth Api. I also tried to invoke the function with a valid api key.

Exception returns: Response status code does not indicate success: Forbidden (Forbidden).

Any ideas how to fix?
