Migrate to ArduinoXInput library

Hi!

First of all thanks for this awesome project! I've recently purchased a Teensy 4.0 and had a hard time getting everything to work. In the end I opted to migrate this project to ArduinoXInput as it supports a large range of boards and is "fairly" up-to-date.
