Option to disable English (US)

In v1.6, you added a way to move English (US). In v1.6.1, you ensured it is selected by default.

However, it is still possible to remove it and achieve a result like this (Sodium):

That is because every mod has English (US) as a fallback, in case there is no translation for selected language.

At least one mod developer said this is useful for debugging, but normal users in my experience just get confused about it. Hence, I suggest adding an option, disabled by default, that allows the disabling of English (US).
