Remove release of the exercises with monolithic GUI

So we will only keep the modular GUI release for each exercise. For instance: current exercises/templates/exercises/rescue_people will be removed and current exercises/templates/exercises/rescue_people_2 will be renamed as exercises/templates/exercises/rescue_people
