Update for 4.0.0

Describe the solution you'd like I would like if this plugin can be updated for pocketmine 4.0.0 api.

Additional context I think it can be nice to update this plugin because 3.0.0 api support from pocketmine team is ending soon . Thank you for reading

I have a very busy life and looking at dates it is probably not going to be rewritten before 1st March. I need to completely wipe most of the plugin bar maybe the design/vehicle registration/ factory. But saving vehicle data / entities needs to be rewritten because of several issues.
