Speed up audio setting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Viewers are complaining the voice speeds are too slow

Describe the solution you'd like A .env variable for the speed at which the audio will play (0.8 for 80%, 1.2 for 120%)

Additional context (optional) I got comments about this and when implemented myself (at a rate of 20% faster, my like percentage was on average 4% more over 35 videos.

Import moviepy FX then you can add this:
