test(jans-auth-server): DefaultPromptLoginTest is not reliable (works from time to time)

Describe the bug test(jans-auth-server): DefaultPromptLoginTest is not reliable. If run it locally it works however when run by jenkins it fails 8 times out of 10. It has to be investigated and fixed.

To Reproduce Run jenkins build.

Expected behavior DefaultPromptLoginTest must always pass. Not only from time to time.
