Feature request: Automated cluster clean up using Mahalnobis distance (Arseny Finklestein)

Arseny wants a new GUI tool to automatically remove the spikes that appear on the outer edge of clusters by interactively adjusting a Mahalnobis distance threshold for a selected cluster. Currently the threshold is fixed and automated outlier removal is applied at the end of the automated clustering stage.
