Feature request: Bursting cells (Dohoung Kim)

Bursting cells: Bursting cells usually have clearly separated peak amplitudes between the first and second spikes. So I was concerned that it might be also separated as different units after clustering. Although it can be merged by checking cross-correlogram, I am worried that it could be just inhibitory functional connectivity between two units. To verify that two separated units are actually one bursting cell, I should check raw data. Since I am not focusing bursting cells for now, I just use the units with larger amplitude. Since the first spike is always have higher amplitude than the second spike, I thought that maybe you already implemented the solution and merged bursting spikes.
