Modify to support usbc-DP Alt Mode and Power to both devices.`
I suggest a modification to the design that would allow usbc display port alt mode to pass through as well as keep both devices powered. The use case for this is to allow AR glass like the Nreal light and the phone that it connects to via usbc to be powered by a battery pack while at the same time powering the glasses which use dp alt mode for the video signal from the phone.
DP Alt Mode goes through the CC channel (used for PD). There needs to be active IC or MCU to combine and translate the descriptors.
Maybe a version without PD, just a power pass trough, probably limited to 5v 1a, but for the nreal usecase it should be good.
Or connecting the cc channels to all ports, not sure about how the protocol works tho
