.poly files for county

Hi -- thanks for this repo. I have been looking for .poly files for US counties and created them here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/17ko4vftb8n3hlf/county_poly.zip?dl=0

Perhaps its useful to add them to this project? The files are appended with the GEOID for the county as defined by the US Census Bureau.

I haven't added any counties, yet. Well, at least not on purpose - it's entirely possible that I've misunderstood the level of data I was extracting from OSM & grabbed some counties along with cities/towns/etc.

I'm hesitant to add them, given the name of the repository. I appreciate the offer, though.

I think I'll leave this issue open for ~a month to see if anyone else chimes in either way.

@dalek2point3 Maybe you can create a repo for US counties and add them yourself? It could be linked from this repo in the README I guess...
