Feature Request: Flick top/bottom

In some browsers there's plugin which allows you to go to the bottom or top of the page: when you flick/scroll the page the button fade/float appears.

Sorry for the late response. It sounds like a highly useful feature and I'll see what I can cook up.

Another implementation would be to put the jump to top control in the side panel with the forward and back buttons.
