@msimav, thanks for confirming I'm not crazy here! Maybe it's the graphene version that's causing this. I have to check what versions pip installed, but I have two graphene projects...

This didn't work for me, but I think I found a fix by changing the allow_any method, which appears to have some kind of bug in it. Not 100% sure...
Same issue - Ubuntu 23.10 in March of 2024. Same fix.
I'm having similar issues. A related problem is LexNlp doesn't play nice with other nlp packages due to the old versions of numpy required by all but the newest LexNLP...
