Allow Case Insensitivity of State/Category Names in Editor UI (and API)

Right now, the state machine editor is case sensitive. Meaning, if a user has a category named "Macro" and a state named "macro: initialize" then the UI tool will start showing errors when the user tries to edit the JKI SM in the editor.
