Can we get rid of LA152.transportation and L252.transportation?

Don't seem to be used anymore

These were left in, in case we ever wanted to revive "MiniCAM" which would hypothetically have scaled-down representations of the end-use sectors, ideally among others. The same logic would apply to all of the following files, which could be removed in a single commit if we want:

The "MiniCAM" end use sectors capability hasn't been tested in a LONG time, and probably doesn't work anyway. The aggregate transportation XML files don't even get built anymore. Fine by me to get rid of them all.
