Disposition of auxillary code and data files

What do we do with code and data that are used to generate level 0 data?

In this particular case we have a pair of 2 R scripts + mapping files that are used to process the ~1 Gb of US emission inventory data down to a ~1Mb file that we use as a level0 input. So this code would only need to be run if a new version of the original data was released. (This is somewhat similar to the GIS files we have in there, which were produced somehow externally.) @bpbond @kvcalvin
