Error in filterDimensions(historical, lats = -30:30, verbose = T) :
  unused argument (lats = -30:30)

I am getting an "unused argument" error running the demo or attempting to subset CMIP5 output.

Aha! The syntax changed but some of the manual text hasn't ben updated....

subset <- filterDimensions(cmip_data, latRange=c(-30,30), verbose=T)
worldPlot(subset)

subset

So I think the demo needs to be updated to reflect the changes in function syntax....

Sorry about that @serbinsh . It's true that, since discovering CDO, neither @ktoddbrown nor I have invested much time in RCMIP5. Reopening this to remind us to update the documentation/manual.
