When opening the har file is it possible to keep the original order, i.e. have the html table ordered by id and when zipped be in this order please?

add a checkbox to allow zipping files even when they are not using base64 (useful to get a zip with html and js files aswell)
Winrar won't unpack zip entries containing // in path, not sure about other unpackers.
If a filename is empty, there is nothing to click on to download it. Make a download link available somewhere for files with no name. Maybe give them a default...
