customNpc skins not working

I do not know why but what ever skin I have in the humanmale folder, just doesn't work, its all purple and black. I do not know if its the mod, the skins or a different mod causing this. im using 1.12.2 and the mods im using are: applecore, bedspreads, bibliocraft, bioms O plenty, Crayfish furniture mod (CFM), Custom Npcs. Decocraft, Elementary staffs, Fairy lights, Hunger In Peace, MallisisCore, Madisis doors, More players models, MrCrayfish device mod, secret rooms, SimplyHax, varied commodities (06nov17), and Villager names. some of these mods are new to me. I do not know If this is happening to anyone else, I would apreciate if someone would help me because I use this mod in every singleplayer world.
