Default command prefix unusable in vanilla Function scripts

Due to the syntax of functions in vanilla Minecraft, all lines with a preceding # symbol will be considered a comment and ignored. This means anyone not familiar with this fact may find they are unable to run Recurrent Complex commands in a function script as they will all be ignored.
