What can I do to help get to 1.13?
Based on pulling the code down, it looks like IvToolkit may need to be updated first. If I can get it to work, would you accept a PR?

I plan on updating ReC and IvToolkit in about a month, but if you're proficient in programming I'll also accept PRs to speed up the process. Other than that I don't know what exactly the update entails yet. Fortunately though ReC logic is very detached from vanilla, so I don't expect to run into huge problems.
I somehow missed this!! I’ve almost got IvToolkit running. It looks like a lot of package name shuffling for known types. I’m hoping to get it working fully today and then I can submit a PR from my fork.
I’ve gotten through most of the issues in IvToolkit, but there were many deep breaking changes around message handlers and it looks like the FMLCommonHandlers aren’t fully re-implemented in 1.13.2. I’ll keep checking on this and as soon as I see updates in Forge, I’ll continue down this path.

@Ivorforce @zoeysaurusrex Hello! Any news regarding an update? Also, will structures that I create now be compatible with future versions of RC without needing to adjust and/or re-save them?
