Create Breadcrumb Component

We need a Breadcrumb component 🍞

One of the best examples I've seen would be the one from Palantir's Blueprint.

It has the standard Item + Separator + Item + ... setup. However, it also incorporates a lower-level Overflow List to intelligently handle overflow rendering - concealing overflowed items into a Dropdown menu - very cool!
