[MOD-6800] reduce RN dependency for vector icons

✏️ Description

This pull request pulls the vector icon for the back button for the RN mobile inbox to remove the dependency on the icon library adding unnecessary files to the SDK. credit omni-cg.

@evan Does this PR have more changes than just the vector icons change? I see other handlers being changed here. Can we clean up the PR to only contain relevant changes to the ticket? Or update the description with all the tickets addressed?
