Reconsider default handling of HDR and wide gamut content

Due to these two commits (https://github.com/Jaded-Encoding-Thaumaturgy/vs-preview/commit/51e8cd982af18eee606b2c48dd1aebe35abefac7 https://github.com/Jaded-Encoding-Thaumaturgy/vs-preview/commit/9857e6bb102650b7b82d555474ef7b377a24b218) viewing HDR/WCG content will likely result in significant clipping. This is an unacceptable default. I think it would be suitable to keep as an optional flag for quick previewing rather than relying on mpv tonemapping.

Here is a comparison of how various previewers handle this
