Allow temporarily disabling specific skipped file types (without deleting the entry)

For some folders I'd like to include some normally excluded filetypes without having to manually add them back, or reset the list (losing other customization.)

Ideally, modifier-clicking on an entry would disable it and strike-through the text or provide other indication of the disabled state.
