Added quite mode and option to jiggle mouse back and forth

Hi,

i discovered your little tool and changed some things to make it more suitable to my needs.

I added a quite flag that disables the console status messages and added a specific behavior were the mouse, if the pixels flag is set to zero, is moved 1 pixel in every direction and then straight back to were it came from.

Additionally I changed the default behavior to a values that seem more sensible to my needs.
