Can't download audio

Every video I download has no audio track, only video. I've tried songs, sound effects, youtube videos, and have found no difference . Video only works as intended, but audio only gives me the error "There was an error decompressing audio or video"

I'm running Premiere Pro 2020 on Windows 10
