GetAccessToken ASYNC

Hi

Is there an ASYNC version of GetAccessToken? The standard version returns the token via a callback which isn't returned until after the web process has completed (i.e. after httpcontect has been lost.)

Looking through the SlackTaskClient source I don't see an async replacement for this?
