Bug: v2.0.4 throws timeouts and 502 bad gateway errors

If you run the test.js script, it throws timeout errors and 502 bad gateway errors until it exceeds the retry limit.

The api.yml workflow did not catch it because it has been disabled since September.

I made sure the CI tests passed before I released the new version. It seems like cleverbot is currently down as accessing it through cleverbot.com doesn't work either.

It appears cleverbot is back up.
