Question: '..' in filenames

Is there a particular reason why '..' is not allowed in file names?

I'm caching images with that pattern (I'm not the owner of the files) and, of course, this makes it impossible to work.

Think I get it, its a security thing?

If thats the case, maybe you could replace just '../' instead of '..'

Would you like a PR for that?
