Auto link Mail
The possibility to link mails faster via this function is great.
However, it happens with us that contacts are created multiple times. On the one hand in a shared address book and in the private one. It is therefore sometimes necessary to link confidential communication around private and general with the shared contact. Sometimes the private contact is created first and sometimes the public contact is created first.
Wouldn't it be nice, if one could select still over a drop down briefly the correct contact ?
I put the request here and not in the ticket system, then the community can also read you.
In this case you can use the Save as ... drop down and search for the right contact.
Right is also a super function.
But I have learned over the last 18 months about user behavior and the required usability. In the end, unfortunately, simple users only use what is very easy to understand and use. Unfortunately some of my projects failed because users are picked up by applications like O365, Trello, iOS Apps ect. by a very simple operation.
With ERP systems, users accept a nested operation, with CRM, mail and document management, only what has many functions for power users, but is as simple as possible for simple users to operate.
By the position in the mail view and the preselection by mail address, the use of the link function, without saving as a function in the context menu has become much more attractive.
I can think about whether my suggestion can perhaps make the now already good even easier.
