Right button brings up browser menu
I tried to make a selection from a read-only TEDIT window. Holding the shift down, clicking left at one end of the selection, then clicking right at the other end brings up the browser's menu (at least with Firefox on a mac).
Also, after that, the interface is goofy. The Medley window menu comes up in a random place, but isn't responsive to clicks.
Browser behavior differs depending on the version, OS, and whether you're running "fullscreen". There might be limitations on what you can do with right and middle button clicks, and control-keys (control-W closing browser tabs) that we might need to provide some alternatives for.
To be more specific: this happens on Firefox, not on Safari.
And to be more specific: The browser menu pops up for the right button only when the shift key is down, for the copy-select. If the shift key is not down, then right button behaves as expected—extends the current Tedit selection.
