OpenDirect 2.1 Proposal incorporating Physical Media such as Classic and Digital OOH

A few months ago Outsmart, OAAA and OMA (UK, US and Australian OOH Trade bodies) embarked on updating OpenDirect2.0 to OpenDirect2.1 (that adds physical media such as OOH to the standard). The good news is that we have not altered OpenDirect2.0 and AdCom in any way, we just added some fields/objects that support the description and trading of physical media such as digital and traditional Out-Of-Home media.

Left some comments in the field-breakout Google sheet - mostly around stats and whether we can align more closely with terms used either in OpenRTB or AdCOM - esp. terms that might be generally applicable across multiple channels (vs. OOH specific with parallels in other channels) or alignment of conventions like what IDs might be passed in OpenRTB bidrequests (e.g. something like tagid) as it relates to OOH
