AdBlock detection script that interacts with Google Tag Manager

I've created a version of adblockDetectorWithGA.js that instead supports Google Tag Manager (GTM). It's sole job is to push adblock detection information to GTM's data layer. The user can then configure tags within GTM to pass that information to various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, API endpoints, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
