Not centred

ISPageControl is not centred horizontally events I set the constrain to. Happens only when you have less than 5 to 7 pages

@MrJox Need to call into update() func updateDotLayersLayout() in guard else condition. On initialize bounds of view equal bounds in storyboard but not equal to size on a different devices
