Items voided when importing into full Me System

When importing an item into a driveless or full ME System, it voids the item. It does this for both the import functions (importItem and importItemFromPeripheral). It does not void items with the RS Bridge.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make an ME System without any drives
2. Connect an ME Bridge to it
3. Put down a chest on top of the ME Bridge
4. Place a computer next to the ME Bridge
5. Transfer any item into the ME System
