Allow blocked actions on roads and unowned
What feature do you want to see added?
Some actions, like throwing a splash potion, using a fireworkrocket or shooting a bow, are blocked on roads and unowned plots. There is no flag or bypass permission to allow players to use it and not even a message to let the player now, that Plotsquared blocked the action. Some of these actions, like shooting a bow, work on plots you are not added/trusted on, even if the arrows dissapear on the ground. Most of them can be bypassed with admin permissions, but splash potions can't (see: #2986).
A bypass permission for all of these would be nice.

No. Plotsquared just blocks certain actions on roads/unowned regardless of the permissions/flags.

Still a problem in the newest version. InteractEvents are cancelled by PlotSquared, even if NOT looking at a block. This makes flying with an elytra very weird with 23 block wide roads... Also there is no way to place boats this way, even when using the plots.admin permission you are not allowed to place boats, minecarts, mobs, projectiles, item frames, armorstands etc. on the road. The documentation does not specify a difference between road and plot flags and one is not able to look at them via a command or change them in-game. That makes their testing very vague and one can never be shure if a tag is working correctly or is not working at all (as in this case).
Flags to allow vehicle-use/break/place are set, the -caps are set and entities are NOT killed on the street. I can spawn an entity on a plot and move it onto the street by pushing or teleporting it, but I am not able to spawn any directly on the road, with no permission existing.
With the introduction of road flags, this should be relatively trivial to implement into the code
It would be nice, if using the plot flags command would also result in listing the road flags. Also I cant seem to find a documentation of which flags are now implemented for roads, will this be updated?
