Describe the bug
Sometimes when copying chests/signs etc. the data isn't copied.
This seems to be a problem in 1.17 and possibly earlier as well.
To Reproduce
There doesn't seem to be a reliable way to reproduce this issue. The screenshot above is a schematic created minutes apart by 2 different users, both with the same settings, selection, copy position, etc. Server restarts, chunk loading and permissions don't seem to affect whether this issue occurs or not.
Expected behaviour
using //copy on a chest should always copy the data (inventory)

Hey @aurorasmiles does this issue still happen as you can't replicate it?
We have this bug occurring on a daily basis but were unable to deliberately reproduce this bug until now. We are currently running a FAWE version based on da4d966d9e54873ad4b255dce4729fce0739c002 (Paper 1.19.3). We observe this bug only since our update from a FAWE version based on a464f1271d9ce74302ad0c4e5c694db601801718.
We have observed some Clipboards/Schematics where some BlockEntities have been copied correctly while other BlockEntities are affected (in the same clipboard).
