Update Starface 9 to include Subversions

Unfortunately, I missed that there is already an open pull request for Starface and created a new one by mistake (#2487).
Regarding the current implementation: I would suggest removing the line versionKey="CFBundleVersion" to ensure the correct version is returned.
~~Additionally, the label currently installs version 9.2.1, which appears to be a beta version. Unfortunately, automation is difficult because Starface provides both official and beta versions through the same download channel. This might be resolved by using a different download link...~~
