Error on ./DeformableModelSimplexMesh

I get this error on startup:

ERROR: In /home/user/ITKApps-build/VTK/Filtering/vtkDemandDrivenPipeline.cxx, line 727 vtkStreamingDemandDrivenPipeline (0x28cf450): Input port 0 of algorithm vtkOpenGLImageSliceMapper(0x223e9a0) has 0 connections but is not optional.
