Add toleration and nodeSelector parameter specific for a project/namespace

Hi,

We would like to be able to choose a toleration or nodeSelector for the services started in a project. This would allow us to allocate some Kubernetes nodes to research project (eg, to have more gpu by example).

Maybe the new S3 configuration interface in V8 could be leveraged with a new tab "Launch Parameters" .
