Admins should be able to customize or disable the links for "Contribute" and "version"

Hi,

In the onyxia ui,

• one should be able to disable/redirect the link to which the "contribute" sends (see "1." in screenshot)
• one should be able to tak out the link of the version, too. It is not clear how this works in the .env file (see "2." in screenshot)

what do you think ? @garronej I think we should remove that by default or at least let people disable those information. 20217-2024 Onyxia is also not really usefull.

Maybe in dev mode we should leave it always...
