Ender 6 BLT Endstops stopping prints after start

Description of Bug

Installed firmware for my Ender 6, whenever I begin a print it heats up normally, homes x y to center and says "ENDSTOPS P" then autohomes back to the top right, rapidly finishing the progress bar in under 10 seconds (this is a 6 hour print). It then gives the "finish" button

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Firmware without changing anything and flash it onto an Ender 6
2. Properly slice and begin a print
3. wait for extruder and bed to properly heat before witnessing the bug

Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen] Print to continue as per usual with Bltouch to initial layer line Actual behavior: [What actually happens]
