Investigate how to work survey into assessment questions

Our current set of assessment questions are targeted at facilitating self-assessment of the learner to themselves. We'd like, also, the learner to be able to assess us and how we did at creating good training conent.

The purpose of this card is to investigate how we could realistically integrate that into the self-assessment questions. Once the path to do that is clear, the plan should be reviewed with the #learning-path community and then cards opened on the project board to implement the plan.
