CC-BY-SA Contract for Product Owner videos

Since we're distributing the O'Reilly-produced videos on our website we want to make sure that we're legally clear to do so. We've started the process with O'Reilly of having the CC-BY-SA license applied to the videos. This setup keeps us in the legal clear.

Once we have this license in writing for the _Product Owner videos we should put it in this folder.

If the updated contract is between O'Reilly and an individual (instead of O'Reilly and the ISC), then please open a ticket to get a contract here between O'Reilly and the ISC.
