The autocomplete of the Base Image field can search docker hub public repo directly

Currently, the base image will default list the images provided by Inufseai. However, we can still type the Image URL directly if it contains in the public repo. Maybe we can add a feature when the user types the image URL, the autocomplete will search the docker hub public repo.
