Integration with Azure App Service Integration

Feature description

Currently, Infisical offers an integration with Azure KV but doesn't have a native integration with Azure App Service. It would be great to have a direct integration for that.

Why would it be useful?

Why would this feature be useful for Infisical users? This would add another way to sync secrets from Infisical to Azure for anyone using Azure infrastructure 😄

Additional context

Given that the Azure KV has been setup before, I don't imagine this integration to be too difficult; the auth method should likely be a similar implementation and it should mainly be a matter of dissecting the Azure App Service API to hook up the appropriate methods/endpoints.
