[Feature request] Support "Always start from the beginning"

As per the title, I have disabled "Resume Playback" but songs still keep their last playback position when switching songs, mid-song, in a playlist.

This is a NewPipe bug that was carried over at the time you forked it.

To Reproduce:

1. Turn off "Resume Playback" in settings.
2. Queue a playlist.
3. Switch to the Background Player.
4. Change what is playing/change to a new video while you are midway through a video/song.
5. Change back to the previous video/song.
6. The video/song will continue playing from where it left off.

Expected Behaviour:

• Turning off "Resume Playback" should result in all videos/songs in a queue restarting from the beginning position (0:00) when they are selected.

This is the expected behaviour as all the items in the queue are considered as one session. Maybe I can add a preference to control the in-queue position, something like 'Always start from the beginning.' However, that is not a high priority.
