[Bug] [5.0.0 beta 2] Switching out and back in to the app shows thumbnail instead of running video

Describe the bug

When playing a video and switching out of the app (resuming the video in the background) and then switch back to the app, instead of the video, the thumbnail is shown with the play button. The background playback continues.

1. Open any video
2. Start playing the video
3. Switch out of the app or minimize it
4. Switch back to the app
