I want to develop a OS to use the PineTime using voice commands.

Also, is the PineTime's board fully free and open source, meaning I can just perform copyright attribution after changing the central chip to a QuickLogic EOS-S3 with a eFPGA, and microphone, changing the spi chip to a microsd port, and if not present, adding a speaker?
